1.The Buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water at all times, shelter, affection, love, and medical care, including all necessary
shots and medication recommended by the veterinarian.
2.The Buyer shall provide the dog with veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at least once a year for
an annual health examination and routine vaccinations. This contract does not cover any illness such as parvo, coccidia, intestinal worms,
mange, and hernia. It also does not cover HOD or Pano we feel this is more food related from not feeding the proper food. The puppies are vet
checked at 6 weeks old and will not be sold if there are health issues.
3.The Buyer shall provide the dog with humane care and maintain it in accordance with all current and future state, county, and municipal laws
and ordinances where the Buyer resides.
4.The dog shall not be kept chained or constantly outdoors.
5.The Buyer shall provide a collar and identification tag for the dog to wear at all times when allowed to go outdoors.
6. If the dog cannot be kept by the Buyer, the Buyer shall notify the Breeder. And the breeder will take the puppy back or help find a good home
for the puppy at no cost to the breeder. The buyer has to return the puppy back to the breeders home or if the breeder decides to meet the buyer
depending on the distance. If the Buyer re-sales the puppy or advertises the puppy for sale with the intention of selling the puppy without the
breeders written permission the buyer will be in violation of the contract and the puppy must be returned to the breeder no exceptions and if the
buyer does not cooperate then the police will be called and theft charges will be filled against the buyer and taken to court in Erath County and
the buyer will be responsible for all attorney fees and court cost. By signing this contract you agree that you have a copy or have read the
contract and you agree to the terms of this contract. I know this sounds very strict but we have come across this problem and want all basis
covered.
7. The Breeder takes the puppy to get vet checked and first shots at 6 weeks of age. After you purchase the puppy, If the puppy gets sick or
needs vet attention it will be the cost of the Buyer. The Breeder guarantees the puppy of any hereditary hip problems for the first year from the
date the puppy was born. Buyer will have to have documentation from 2 vets to show proof. Two vets who are not associated with each other.
And if this happens then the puppy will be replaced from another litter that we currently have or a future breeding of the same value. If you do not
choose a puppy with in one year then this contract is null and void. No Refunds will be given!
8. The Buyer shall pay a purchase price of $ ________The Buyer agrees that it is the Buyer's responsibility to accept the puppy as described.
The Breeder has provided full disclosure of the health, habits, and temperament of the puppy.
9. The Buyer agrees that the Breeder is in no way liable or responsible for any damage, accident, or injury resulting from the dog or to the dog.
10. Should the Buyer be unable or unwilling to fulfill any of the above provisions, the Buyer agrees to return the dog to the Breeder at the
Breeder's request and all vet records and AKC paperwork signed over to the breeder. Should the Buyer refuse to return the dog, the Buyer
hereby authorizes the Breeder to pick up and remove the dog from the Buyer's control at no cost to the Breeder. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
11. If puppy needs to be shipped, the puppy must be 8 weeks of age due to airlines requirements. Price for shipping will be $350.00 and this
includes, crate, vet certificate, and shipping costs. The price is subject to change depending on charges from the airline.
12. If puppy is under 6 weeks of age, a $ 300.00 non refundable deposit can be placed on puppy of choice, we do not refund deposits. Deposit
will count towards purchase price. Also, weekly updates of puppy will be furnished until puppy is delivered or picked up.
No deposits will be taken on puppies older than 6 weeks of age. Full price will be required. If you place a deposit on a puppy before the litter is
born who ever paid the deposit first has first choice. If you have placed a deposit on a puppy and it gets sick or dies in my care than you can
choose another puppy of the same value from the same litter if it is available or a puppy from our next litter of the same value. No Refunds are
given....
13. Buyer agrees not to resale, re-home, give away any puppy or dog from Lazy Dane Ranch without written permission from Renee Pennington
PUPPY MILLS & BACKYARD BREEDERS BEWARE: THIS CONTRACT CONTAINS A RE-SALE DAMAGE STATEMENT WHICH IS: A $1,000
DAMAGE CLAIM AGAINST EACH NAMED INDIVIDUAL WHO BUYS A PUPPY/DOG AS BEING FOR THEM PERSONALLY AND
INTENTIONALLY RESELLS THE SAID PUPPY/DOG OR OTHERWISE PLACING PUPPY/DOG IN A NEW HOME AT ANY TIME WITHOUT
WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM RENEE PENNINGTON/ LAZY DANE RANCH. WE HAVE THIS CLAUSE TO ENSURE OUR PUPPIES AND
DOGS GO TO THEIR FOREVER HOMES AND ARE NOT ADOPTED ON A WHIM.
14. When we receive a deposit on a puppy the puppy is considered sold, the money owed on the puppy must be paid in full by the time the puppy
turns 6 weeks old. If the puppy is not paid for or picked up by the time the puppy turns 8 weeks old all money paid on or paid for the puppy will be
forfeited and no money will be refunded and the contract becomes null and void and the said puppy will be put back up for sale, unless you make
arrangements with breeder. If you are buying a puppy from us and you know you are having it shipped it is your responsibility to have the puppy
paid for by 6 weeks and shipping cost paid for by the time the puppy is 7 weeks old. If it is not paid for by the specified time all money is
forfeited and this contract becomes null and void.. If there are circumstances that keep you from being able to pick up your puppy then you must
have a written agreement with the breeder stating when the puppy will be picked up or you will loose any fund paid towards the puppy. If the
puppy is being shipped there are things out of our control such as weather it can be to hot or to cold to ship the puppy. If this happens then there
will be boarding fees of $5.00 a day applied to the cost of the puppy as it is not the breeders fault buyer lives where they do and shipping is not
available during certain times of the year. Buyer chose to purchase the puppy with full knowledge that the breeder is located in Stephenville
Texas. Therefore, breeder is not responsible for climate conditions in either area at the time of purchase. If the puppy is not able to be shipped it
is the buyers responsibility to make arrangements to come pick the puppy up by the time the puppy is 10 weeks old and pay boarding fees or the
contract will become null and void and the buyer loses all monies paid for or towards the puppy. NO EXCEPTIONS!
15. There is no convenience return or refunds of adoption fees for any reason. Puppy's chew and dig and sometimes are hard to house break.
These are no reasons to get rid of your puppy. Any and all puppies need patience and love. We recommend a puppy class or obedience training
to make your relationship the best it can be with your new puppy. We do not house break our puppies, they are puppy pad trained when they
leave our home which makes it much easier to train your puppy when it comes to its new home.
16. We do not except checks or e check's through paypal! We except other forms of payment such as post office money orders, walmart money
orders, credit or debit cards through PayPal add 3% for transaction fee's and these fee's will be paid before the puppy is released, cash when
picking up your new puppy. We can meet you to deliver your puppy if you live further away depends on how far away there might be an additional
fee for gas. If you are meeting us to pick up your puppy the puppy has to be paid in full prior to meeting. Any returned payments will have a return
fee of $25.00 and any cancelled payments will be prosecuted with the Erath County Attorney. You also agree if we have to take any matters
into court that the sell of this puppy took place in Erath County Stephenville TX.
17. It is the buyers responsibility to print this contract out and either mail it with the deposit or mail it if you paid by paypal. If contracts are not
received with in 5 days of the deposit the puppy will be up for sale again and all money will be lost and the sale of the said puppy/dog will be null
and void..
18. The breeder has the right to refuse to sell a puppy/dog of Lazy Dane Ranch for any reason we see fit. If we refuse to sell a puppy once
money has been paid then we will refund all or part of the money depending on the circumstance.
19. This contract is for a puppy from Allison of Lazy Dane Ranch that has_____ limited registration meaning no breeding rights and must be
spayed or neutered or Full registration_______meaning you have the right to breed a puppy/dog only on the condition that any breeding be to
only a male or female AKC registered only and of color pure fawn and brindle only. Any breeding of any other colors or one that is not color pure
brindle or fawn makes this contract null and void and puppy/dog from Lazy Dane Ranch and any off springs of this Dane if they are bred or have
a litter will automatically become the property of myself Renee Pennington/ Lazy Dane Ranch and will be returned to me with any and all vet and
or registration paperwork.
20. If this is for limited registration buyer agrees to have puppy/dog spayed or neutered by the age of 11/2 years old and you have to send proof
within ten days of having the spay or neuter or if you do not spay or neuter then you are to return the Dane back to myself Renee
Pennington/Lazy Dane Ranch and any and all AKC papers and vet records must be returned at that time.
